Mission Home Help

Eligible participants: Employees of Mission Health & Hospitals

Mission believes in helping employees work toward financial self-sufficiency and knows that one of the best ways to do this is to build assets through homeownership. 

The Mission Home Help program provides the following benefits to qualified employees:

  • FREE Manage Your Money and Homebuyer Education classes;
  • FREE personal financial counseling; and
  • Up to $2500 in Match Money towards the purchase of a home upon program completion! ($2 in matching funds up to $2500 for every $1 saved by the employee.)

You Qualify to Participate if:

  • You have been a full-time Mission employee for at least one year;
  • Your yearly salary is less than $54,500; and
  • You are a first time homebuyer.

The Biltmore Company

Eligible participants: Employees of The Biltmore Company  

Through OnTrack’s partnership with The Biltmore Company, a certified financial counselor is available quarterly to provide FREE one-on-one financial counseling sessions at various works-site locations.   From creating a spending plan, getting out of debt , to planning for retirement, our financial counselor can help .  Our services are entirely confidential; no one else will know about the financial information you share with us.

YWCA & Irene Wortham Center

Eligible participants: Employees of YWCA and Irene Wortham Center  

OnTrack has partnered with the YWCA and Irene Wortham Center to offer employees a golden opportunity to reach their savings goals. Employees are eligible to take advantage of one, two, or all of these great benefits!

This exclusive financial literacy series includes:

  • A Matched MONEY savings plan for those who truly want to build savings;
  • FREE educational seminars on various money topics;
  • FREE access to your credit report and help interpreting it;
  • Valuable information on Advance Earned Income Tax Credit for those who qualify; and
  • FREE tax preparation

The Community Foundation of Western North Carolina’s Women for Women Grant has funded this program to bring greater financial wellness to the working women in our community.

 

Harrah’s Cherokee Casino & Hotel

Eligible participants: Employees of Harrah’s Cherokee Casino & Hotel  

Through OnTrack’s partnership with Harrah’s Cherokee, a certified financial counselor is available each week to provide FREE one-on-one financi al counseling sessions on-site at Harrah’s.  From creating a spending plan, getting out of debt , to purchasing a home , our financial counselor can help .  Our services are entirely confidential; no one else will know about the financial information you share with us.
